Returning items

If you wish to return an item, please visit our returns page. Please ensure that you contact us by email or telephone to obtain a returns authorisation number and the returns address for your product(s) prior to returning your product.

Orders by post

If you'd prefer not to purchase over the telephone or by using the internet, you can order and pay by post. Please include the item(s) that you require on a separate piece of paper along with your delivery address and a contact telephone number. As all of our products include free postage and packing, there is no need to add any money to the product price to cover these costs.
